Recently I celebrated my six-year Self marriage anniversary. When I lived in Oakland in 2016, I had a Shamanic ceremony where I was witnessed in stating personal vows, slipped on a sacred promise-ring, and committed to choosing and loving my Self.

It’s been a while since I made you a video—like over three years a while—and I used to do so every damn week! And since I am not on the socials—and I don’t do the IG stories or FB lives—I thought I would make a video for you today. So you can see the real—live person behind these emails.

Have you also experienced significant loss over the past 2+ years. I feel you—it hurts. Whether a relationship, a client, a community, a job, a home, a belief, a dream—loss is a natural and inevitable part of life.

The past two weeks have been tenderizing. I’ve had a relationship transition, a hurtful “ghosting” experience, the passing of my childhood best friend’s father, soooo much unknown, plus the fu*ked up political world we are living in—ouch! Do you also have a tender heart?

This message is blessing and loving reminder to trust your Self because—you always know. The questions that you long to have the answers to—whether spiritual, relational, personal, or professional—reside inside of you.
