You hear yourself saying yes to things that don't feel true.
You play roles that fit but don't feel like you anymore.
And somewhere in the middle of your very successful life, you started to feel like a stranger in it.
Nothing is obviously wrong (which almost makes it harder to explain). From the outside looking in, your life probably appears to check all the boxes.
There’s a restlessness, a sense that something needs to change, even if you can’t put your finger on it.
You’ve tried telling yourself it’s just a phase. That you’re overthinking it. That you should just be grateful. And you ARE.
You’ve thought about this a lot.
On walks. In the shower. At 2 AM, when your brain won’t turn off.
You’ve tried to figure it out. Fix it. Name it.
But the more you think about it, the less clear it gets, which is madde

You wake up on a Wednesday morning, and your life actually feels like yours again.
There are twinkles of possibility and unexpected new opportunities crossing your path.
You’re finally saying no to the people who exhaust you and waking up to all the little ways you’ve put yourself last.
You begin to prioritize the creative outlet, whether writing, painting, sculpting, or local theatre, that you’ve talked yourself out of in the past.
You finally book the trip to Japan you’ve been dreaming about.
And the version of you you’ve been sensing for a while now…
She’s not just a feeling anymore. She's leading.
Imagine this:
Because this season can feel lonely, you’ll have an active WhatsApp group where you can connect and support one another between sessions.
The third session is visioning and strategic coaching, where you’ll stretch into possibility, strategize your next chapter, and let your authentic self lead the way.
In the second session of the month, you’ll learn embodiment practices to help you feel more grounded, steady, and in your body, less like you’re walking on jello, so you can trust your footing again.
Through teaching, discussion, and deep inner work, you’ll make sense of what you’re moving through and what you want to come next. Each month, we’ll dive into a key pillar to gain new tools and insights.
We’ll meet three times a month for four months. You’ll be held inside a small, intimate group of women who get it, where someone says, “I’ve been feeling that too,” and you finally feel seen and understood.
There is no rigid plan for you to get right.
No instructions on how to fix yourself, because you’re not broken.
No pushing you toward a specific outcome, because this journey will look different for every woman.

Choose the option that feels most supportive for you.
I built a six-figure business, pioneered the kids yoga movement, had a supportive team, traveled all over the world teaching and training yoga teachers, and created international impact, only to find that my heart wasn’t in it anymore.
So I made the brave and terrifying decision to sell my business and sit in the Mystery, where nothing quite fit and nothing was clear yet.
And I tried to think my way out of it.
I journaled about it. I analyzed it. I listened inward and found teachers I respected.
But it turns out no one can prepare you for outgrowing your identity. And it’s not something you can fix with a new morning routine, which is deeply inconvenient.
Through every transition, I found my way. And on the other side, I found more joy, more purpose, and more authenticity waiting for me.
Now I help women who have their lives together on the outside navigate the moment when the edges start to fray.
There’s no formula for it. No “just follow this and you’ll have clarity by Tuesday.”
Instead, it’s a practice of learning how to stay with yourself while everything you thought was certain…isn’t.
It’s uncomfortable. It’s disorienting.
It’s also where all the interesting things start to happen.
What a journey The Outgrown Identity Club has been! The pillars invited me to rethink the way I approach life’s decisions, and they gave me the courage to define my future path on my own terms. What stood out most was the Pillar of Choice. For me, that meant honoring a long-envisioned move abroad to Italy.

But you’re not her anymore.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a willingness to listen to what’s already stirring inside you.
If that’s where you are, there’s a space for you here.
You Built a Life That Made Sense for Who You Were.

I am so grateful I invested in myself and in this group. This experience has given me clarity, courage, a sense of not being alone, and the empowerment to make authentic life choices. I feel confident that whatever comes next will be great.
