Mystery

Ever wonder how she did it?

How did she leave the marriage, release the identity she had outgrown, move abroad, put an end to people pleasing, navigate loss, or trust herself when it was time to change?

Trusting the Mystery is a free interview series featuring 12 extraordinary women leaders who have chosen authenticity over approval, mystery over certainty, and aliveness over comfort.

Through soulful conversations, you’ll hear what their transitions really looked like (spoiler alert: it’s usually messy!) … and become inspired by the courage, choices, and inner knowing that helped them create lives with greater purpose and deeper meaning.

“Am I really going to start a new chapter at this stage in my life?”

“What will the people in my life think if I do something completely different?”

“Who am I if I let go of what I’ve done or been the last few decades?”

“What does it actually mean to “start again” in midlife?”

“What is next for me? There must be more than this.”

If any of the above rings true for you in this season of your life, you're in the right place!

You’ll receive:

  • 12 intimate pre-recorded conversations, released one at a time throughout October and November—so you have space to listen, enjoy, contemplate, and integrate.

  • Real stories with real women who have outgrown old chapters and created new ones with purpose.

  • Practical wisdom for trusting the Mystery, leading with authenticity, and designing a life that feels meaningful.

  • Reflection prompts and inspiration to support your own Midlife Transition.

a note

I created Trusting the Mystery because women in midlife have been unseen for far too long. And because there is no handbook for the very real identity shifts, losses, awakenings, and bold choices that can arrive in this season of life.

The truth is that so much freedom, meaning, and deep, deep pleasure is available to women in midlife. So many of us are standing at a transition … and need not go it alone.

I wanted to bring together real women who have been initiated by their own transitions and whose hard-won wisdom can remind us that an authentic, soul-led, purpose-filled next chapter is absolutely possible.

I’m so looking forward to sharing these conversations with you. May they offer you courage, sistershood, and a little more trust in the Mystery.

Join the free series and receive access to the conversations throughout October and November.
