Should I stay or should I go?
Am I crazy for wanting this?
Is it too late to start over?
Where did time go?
I don’t know what comes next, and it’s scary and uncomfortable …
What will people think of me if I choose this?
It’s restlessness balanced by expectations and obligations. Full of uncertainty and confusion at times. Which is why you find yourself constantly questioning your next move and trying to sort it out.
There is no map for women in midlife. Our culture doesn’t value this stage of life, but I see it as a rite of passage. It’s normal to reach this stage and begin to ask new questions. It’s something I’ve navigated myself and helped other women find their way using a framework I designed.
You’ve been waking up at 3:47 AM, wondering if there’s more. Your mind is full of questions …
TWO PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS A MONTH
One hour, just you and me, fully devoted to your particular crossroads. We'll move between deep inner work, nervous system support, grounded strategy, and visioning. There is also a framework with enough spaciousness to explore what’s needed in the moment. This coaching is deep; we do somatic work / inner child work, learned behaviors (from family/culture), we work with your deepest fears, your shadow, and do parts work. We don't just work with the mind, but we also work with the body/heart / spiritual/emotional bodies
ONGOING SUPPORT BETWEEN SESSIONS
You'll have voice messaging to me between calls, so when something shifts, a decision arrives, a question, a celebration, or you need a steady presence to think out loud with, you don't have to wait two weeks for our next session to talk it through.
A GUIDE WHO KNOWS YOUR WHOLE STORY
With private coaching, we get to go deeper. We have more time to explore your unique journey (what brought you here, what’s getting in your way). We’ll move at your pace and focus on the goals that you set in our first call or two so that we know what we’re working towards.
What's Inside:
The Four Pillars
You'll be guided by:
I’ve discovered that underneath every transition, no matter how unique, there's a process. I designed a framework with four essential pillars that every woman moves through as she releases who she's been and steps into a new chapter: Choice, Mystery, Authenticity, and Purpose.
In our work together, we don't move through them in order. We follow you. Some sessions will live entirely in the Mystery. Others will call for the courage of authenticity. Sometimes we'll be holding two pillars at once, weaving between them as the situation requires. What stays constant through all of it is this: you won't be navigating it alone.
We absolutely work with the transition that you are navigating - getting you comfortable with the mystery, clarifying what you want next, becoming more authentic- but also, when it's time, we work with your purpose, and we build a strategy for that, which might mean starting a new business or something else entirely.
CHOICE
Your commitment and acceptance to transitioning. Saying yes to letting go, honoring what was, choosing to step in.
MYSTERY
A magical middle with room to play, explore, discover what’s true and very much YOU.
AUTHENTICITY
The practice of listening and acting on your own truth, no matter what.
PURPOSE
It doesn't have to be grand or world-changing (though it might be). What matters is that it's yours.
JodiGolda is the perfect guide for any woman navigating a life transition, especially when a new self is beginning to stir. She holds space with wisdom, grace, and celebration, because she’s walked that path herself. Working with her is not only clarifying, it’s profoundly affirming.

I built a 6-figure business, pioneered the kids yoga movement, had a supportive team, traveled all over the world teaching and training yoga teachers, and created international impact, only to find that my heart wasn't in it anymore. So I made the brave and terrifying decision to sell my business to sit in the Mystery where nothing quite fit and nothing was clear yet (it wasn’t a comfortable place).
And I tried to think my way out of it. I journaled about it. I analyzed it. I listened inward and found teachers I respected.
But it turns out no one can prepare you for outgrowing your identity. And it's not something you can fix with a new morning routine (which is deeply inconvenient).
But through every transition, I found my way. Through miscarriage, a move from the US to Portugal, leaving a secure job to start a business, selling that business, and uncoupling from my long-term partner. And on the other side of every transition, I found more joy, more purpose, more authenticity waiting for me.
Now, I help midlife women who have their lives together on the outside navigate the moment where everything begins to shift, and she steps into her next chapter.
JodiGolda gave me the courage to pursue a meaningful career change, trust myself, and step into roles and spaces that are truly aligned with who I am today and what I’m capable of. I stopped making decisions from fear or outside pressure and started leading from a place of self-knowledge and wisdom.

Being Type A and somewhat of a control freak(!), I learned to embrace the unknown and trust that, given time, my journey would reveal itself. JodiGolda guided me to the realization that sometimes we have to slow down in order to speed up. Slowing down allowed me to think, dream, and determine what’s important.
