is not the beginning of your end.

It’s your invitation to create a life that’s more fully your own.

Your midlife

transition

is not the beginning of the end.

It’s an invitation to create a life that’s more fully your own.

Your midlife

transition

Our culture may tell you that you’re too old, too tired, or past your prime …

But that isn’t true at all.

Your next chapter can absolutely be your most meaningful yet.

This is normal in midlife.

When your body, priorities, relationships, or work start to shift—and you’re left questioning, dissatisfied, stuck, unsure whether to stay, leave, slow down, or speed up—these aren’t signs that you’re done. They’re signals that you’re in transition.

You may be outgrowing an identity, role, or way of being that once fit (good girl, overachiever, the one-who-holds-it-all-together.)

You may be navigating perimenopause, an empty nest, a career change, relocation, or a nagging sense that “this isn’t it anymore.”

And yet … midlife can be the start of something that’s genuinely right for who you are—even if you’re still discovering who that is.

My work guides you through the liminal, uncertain space of this transition—where you discover what you truly want, release what’s misaligned, and create a next chapter with more clarity, self‑trust, joy, and meaning.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. And you don’t have to do it alone.

You’ll learn to reclaim your inner wisdom, own your desires, and take self-honoring steps that are true to who you are today—not who you used to be, or who everyone else still expects you to be.

READ MY STORY

I joined The Outgrown Identity Club because I felt stuck and unfulfilled in my professional life. I was dreaming of a career transition but feeling lost and uninspired. The Outgrown Identity Club was a safe place to explore many themes—authenticity, purpose, and mystery—with other women who are also figuring things out.

What a journey The Outgrown Identity Club has been! The Pillars in the curriculum invited me to rethink the way I approach life’s decisions, and they gave me the courage to define my future path on my own terms. What stood out most was the Pillar of Choice. For me, that meant honoring a long-envisioned move abroad to Italy.

— Fransika Tanner

My transition felt overwhelming and daunting before, but with JodiGolda’s fantastic approach, it not only turned into something manageable, but something I was uniquely qualified to do. JodiGolda shares her experience, tools, and connections generously, and the course was well paced and included several fabulous guest speakers.

I am so grateful I invested in myself and in this group. This experience has given me clarity, courage, a sense of not being alone, and the empowerment to make authentic life choices. I feel confident that whatever comes next will be great. I definitely recommend joining TOIC to anyone feeling uncertain about their lives.

I write most weeks about what I’m living through, what I'm learning to hold, what I'm changing my mind about, and what this season is asking of me right now. With a little advice for your own journey sprinkled in. If you've ever wanted to see what this work looks like when someone's still in the middle of it, that's what these are.
