I am sitting next to Rio Alva in central Portugal, at a soul-sister’s home. The birds, bees, rivers, and wild beauty of this place feel so alive. I’m deeply touched to be here during this potent time of transition.

When you move through a transition, you can expect there will be uncertainty. You might even imagine you’ll be stretched. And you can certainly hope you’ll feel excited for what’s on the other side.

The Outgrown Identity Club starts Thursday, June 4th (with our kickoff call happening this Saturday), AND I’m so touched by the courageous women who have already said YES.

Today I am pausing and taking time to reflect on this past season. The one that began last August, after 15 years as a business coach, when I courageously chose to pivot into something more aligned for who I am today: coaching women navigating transition.

I believe that one of the bravest things you can do when navigating a transition is to let go of inauthenticity—to connect to the truth of who you are AND act on it.
