#1  My life is so unknown right now, I’m unsure it’s a good time to be in a group …

I hear you. Being in the depths of a transition can feel disorienting, ungrounding, and like you’re walking on Jello. And that is exactly why this group exists! The Outgrown Identity Club™ is designed to give you structure, tools, and a sisterhood right in the middle of the unknown, so you don’t have to navigate it alone.


#2  What kinds of transitions are women in The Outgrown Identity Club navigating?

All kinds! Empty nests, peri/menopause, career changes, relocation, relationship shifts, grief, burnout, starting a business, and the deeper identity shift of outgrowing who they used to be and living more authentically.
 

#3  I long to rest and go slow right now, is this group for me?

Yes. It’s normal to want to rest, undo, and stop hustling and pushing. In The Outgrown Identity Club™ we work with your nervous system, helping you to slow down and become regulated. This is definitely not a course in trying to “figure it out” or forcing yourself into action before you’re ready. The curriculum is designed to honor your natural pacing, so you let clarity emerge in right timing.
 

#4  I don’t to know what my next chapter is!?

It’s completely normal to not know (and want to know) what your next chapter will look like or who you’re becoming, and it’s common to feel anxious about being in this in-between space. I have been here before and trust me, this group is for you. You don’t need a clear plan, because being in the Mystery is much of the work we do together. If you’re eager and ready to meet your new chapter, you’ll love all the guided visioning exercises we do. You’ll steady yourself in the unknown, listen beneath the noise of expectations, and begin to give shape to what’s calling you next. 
 

#5  What if I can’t make all the calls, live? 

I promise you, I will be the only one who will be there for 100% of the calls. Life happens and you don’t need to worry if you miss as you’ll have access to recordings of every session. Plus we have an active WhatsApp group so you can stay engaged with the women, even if you can’t always be there live.


#6  Four months feels like a long time—I’m ready to move through my transition quickly!

I hear you. Four months is a commitment, especially when you’re eager to be on the other side of your transition. The truth is, navigating a transition well and releasing the past fully takes time. This is a sisterhood circle designed to nourish you, energize you, and be your happy place. You’ll likely be surprised by how much happens for you in four months.


#7  Will there be personal attention?

Yes. The number of women in the group is between 6-8, so we can go deep, stay intimate, and make sure everyone receives high-touch, personalized attention.


#8  What is the schedule?

This cohort meets June, July, September & October—no classes in August, yay for Summers off! We meet 3x / month on Thursdays at 9am PST / 12pm EST.  There is also a kick off call happening Saturday, May 30th and a closing call, happens on another Saturday, at the end of the program.  


#9  I am having financial hardship during this in-between time, can you help!? 

Yes. I have a personal value for my teaching and coaching being accessible, and especially to women who want and need it! I offer a generous payment plan and a limited number of partial scholarships. If you would like to discuss either of these options—please do not hesitate, just send me a note.

One more thing …
