Today I Am Pausing

I’m JodiGolda

And so, I am harvesting what took place these past 10 months …

—All of my current private clients are in a beautiful transition—starting new jobs, creating new businesses, navigating an empty nest, or rebuilding after a significant health challenge. And perhaps most inspiring, they are shedding old beliefs and patterns so they can become more fully themselves. I’m deeply moved by all of them and the inner work we’re doing together so they can create lives with more meaning and purpose.

—I grew my email community with 200 new women who resonate with my work, through creating and delivering three preview masterclasses that let people experience my style and teachings.

—I designed and facilitated a 4-month curriculum that feels like real thought leadership on how to move through a transition intentionally so you come out the other side with alignment and purpose. I call it The Outgrown Identity Club—and just yesterday, seven incredible women completed this program with me!

I am also honoring what hasn’t gone so well …

—My new website has a dream team but we are moving slower than I hoped …

—Launching my second cohort while simultaneously completing my first group has been more challenging than expected.

—I’ve been hormonal AF so navigating this biz pivot with mood swings and brain fog has at times left me fatigued and doubting the whole thing!

Our seasons need to be marked. To be named, acknowledged, and celebrated.

And, I am not going to lie—I almost didn’t do this myself this time. I almost just rolled right into the next thing, letting busyness take over. Because, no myth of perfection over here.

But I remembered what works.

I remembered to slow myself down, to get present, to pause and truly receive what this season has both gifted and taught me.

Because when you pause, you can see what this season made possible, release what no longer fits, and step into your next chapter with greater clarity, self-trust, and purpose.

Whether you’re pivoting into a new niche, ending a job, moving to a new home, entering an empty nest, or moving through menopause—your transition is sacred.

Ritualizing your endings (and beginnings) is necessary.

Maybe that looks like pausing to journal, a lighting a candle, or a quiet moment to honor what this season has given you and what you’re ready to release.

This helps you connect to your accomplishments and creates space to honor your lessons—so you don’t repeat them in your next chapter.

This is my practice and also the work we do in The Outgrown Identity Club, so you can move through your transition with intention, presence, and purpose.

So you can bring more of your gifts and what you want into your next chapter, and release what’s no longer yours to carry.

The next cohort begins in one week, and there is still time to join us. If you’re in a transition and craving support, a sisterhood, clarity, and a way to move forward with intention, send me an email for the details or to chat about whether it’s a fit.
