How are You?

How are you? I mean really, how are you? Perhaps take a moment to pause and check in with your Self. Feel your body, feel your nervous system, feel your feelings. So how are you? No matter how you are doing—good, depressed, not okay, thriving, scared, grief-ridden, angry—it's normal, and all is welcome.

For many … Times are tough right now. Life is unknown. Mental health is challenging. Relationships are up. So much of the world is in conflict. 

If this is you—I am sending you a virtual hug.

Also, a reminder, that it’s okay to feel however you are feeling.

I hope receiving a virtual hug—today and from me—is balm for any ache that you may be feeling right now. 

And, if it feels good, you are very welcome (and encouraged) to share with me—because I genuinely care how you are.
