You are Never Too Old for More Meaning

And when I say “more meaning”, I mean something deep. Something aligned with her soul. Something sacred, where her unique gifts are fully expressed in a way that feels joyful, purposeful, and true.

To me, she is a real and inspiring example that, no matter your age, it is possible to choose a new chapter.

And while the details are still a mystery, Susie knows her nearly 20-year career in tech is no longer the right fit. She also knows that “working to live” no longer aligns with her values. And, she knows, deep down, that there’s something more, something truer waiting for her.

So together, we are slowing it way down, unpacking, honoring and releasing what doesn’t serve her, staying curious about the unknown, and trusting that something new—something where her brilliance can truly shine—will emerge.

Susie reminds us that age ought not dictate when to ask yourself: “What’s next for me? How can I have more meaning in my life?”

Like really, it’s never too late to outgrow an old identity, create deeper fulfillment, and to step into something that feels more true to who you are now.

Yes, society may say you are too old to start something new.
Yes, your inner critic may tell you it’s too late or too hard to make a change.
And yes, other people’s expectations can make you question if you can truly have what you really want.

But here’s the truth …

Your age is not a barrier to reinventing yourself, to living in alignment, to having more meaning, and to stepping into your authentic purpose.

Whether it’s volunteering your time, writing your book, getting your Yoga certification, starting your dream business, or spending more quality time with loved ones, it’s all about what feels true for you right now

Your next chapter will look different at each stage of your life, but I promise you, no matter what age you are at, it’s never too late to honor the truth within you and create what wants to be born

Just like Susie is!
