Making Magic with Mystery✨

I got some big news this week. The kind of news that *could* change my living situation. The kind of news that has me feeling surprised, vulnerable, and wondering. The kind of news that shifted my mindset to not knowing.

But if my previous three years have taught me anything—the time when I sold my former 21-year Kids Yoga business, put all my stuff in storage, went overseas, stepped into the complete unknown, and like you, lived through a two-year obscure pandemic—I now know how to navigate mysterious spells.

I now know how to avoid dysregulated stress and irrational worry—by surrendering to what I cannot control.

I now know how to be comfortable with the uncomfortable—by embracing discomfort.

I now know how to have faith in Life—by making magic with Mystery.

From my own experience, I understand that the unknown can be challenging. That when we are in transition—whether it be leaving a familiar job, ending a long-term relationship, or moving to a new city—it can cause worry, stress, fear, and anxiety.

Simply because we humans like to have a knowing of what is happening in our Life. We like to feel like we are in control. And when we realize we are not—we can struggle.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. And it doesn’t have to be debilitating or knock us off our asses and out of action.

I believe, in its truest form—that Mystery is a gift—and that the unknown can be one of our greatest teachers and opportunities for personal growth.

Especially if you are willing!

When you are willing to welcome Mystery to flow in your life—you have an opportunity to fortify your spiritual practice of trust.

You have a chance to free up white-knuckle gripping over attachment to a person, place, or thing—that potentially no longer serves you.

Surrendering to the mysterious unknown is a magical moment to powerfully accept what is—and still be in action.

Are you deep in the unknown? Are you in the space between? Are you feeling stuck, overwhelm, or unease?

If so, please know that you are not alone. So many are in the liminal right now.

Perhaps you can try on being willing to trust Life, to release attachment to outcome, and to make magic with Mystery. Perhaps you can take even the smallest step to move you closer to where you want to go—next.

If I can, I know you can too!

PS ~ Trusting the Mystery of Life gives you access to ease, empowerment, and sovereignty. If you need support in letting go and taking action—send me a message and let me know a bit of what you are going through. I have the experience and expertise in navigating the unknown, and I would be delighted to help you in befriending and making magic with Mystery.
