Why?
Because while most people fear, resist, and dread it—ever since my 20’s I’ve been obsessed with navigating transitions. For me, change has always been a way to move closer to greater alignment and purpose—even if I didn’t know what was happening next.
While my biggest transitions were often mysterious and sometimes occurred when nothing seemed wrong—here are a few of my bravest changes:
—Transferring from Syracuse to NYU, risking belonging for well-being.
—Leaving a secure teaching job to launch my own Kids Yoga biz, stepping boldly into the unknown.
—Swapping the NYC concrete jungle for SoCal sandy beaches, leaving my beloved hometown for possibility.
—Ending a partnership after miscarriage, choosing healing over familiarity.
—Selling my international business, trusting my heart over financial success.
—Moving to Portugal, despite simultaneously falling in love with my Boo in the Bay—betting on love and adventure.
Every one of my transitions were a conscious choice to step into the mystery, guided not by what others thought or what culture would say I “should” do, but by my own authentic truth.
I was always led by what felt most true and alive, following my inner wisdom—even when I couldn’t see the path or others didn’t understand. Making an empowered choice led me to my sacred purpose, authentic joy, and the next most aligned version of who I am.
