This past year I founded Leading with Love Coaching, LLC—and for me, those words aren’t a just a catchphrase.
They’re a practice, a path, a way of being I feel in my body and breath.
It’s listening to the whispers and taking brave action—even when it’s hard.
It’s walking away from what no longer fits—even when it’s mysterious.
It’s showing up with vulnerability and authenticity—even when I’m scared.
It’s speaking my truth—even when my voice shakes.
I am proud to say that …
I’ve done—and continue to do—the deep, tender, inner work of knowing, loving, and trusting myself.
I’ve made self-care a way of life—not just something on my to-do list.
I’ve built businesses—for myself and my clients—that align with personal values.
And more than anything, I’ve come home to myself—again and again.
Through all of it, Leading with Love is what has carried me
It’s what has helped me rise, rebuild, and reconnect—to myself, to my purpose, and to my people.
So, in celebration of my 51st birthday, I want to share a few of my truths about Leading with Love that I hold close … and ask something meaningful of you, too.
✨ Boundaries are not barriers—they are bridges to deeper self-love.
✨ You don’t have to hustle to be worthy.
✨ Rest is not a reward. It’s your birthright.
✨ Your people want the real you, not the polished one.
✨ You can lead a business and still have a spacious life you love.
✨ You already know enough to begin.
✨ You are allowed to be both wildly successful and deeply well-resourced.
These truths didn’t come from textbooks or my coaches—though I’ve learned plenty there too. They came from lived experience. From breakdowns and breakthroughs. From choosing love—again and again—even when it would’ve been easier not to.
