She’s a tantra teacher, international retreat leader, and all-around badass, embodied, self-aware entrepreneur.
Robyn was in that very human place of feeling stuck about a course she’s run successfully in the past—that, this time around, wasn’t filling. She was wondering if it was time to let it go, to stop offering it.
Even though the idea of letting it go felt scary, even though it’s been prosperous in the past, and even though she heavily identified with it.
Something inside of her was saying that this offering, and the version of herself who created it, might be … outgrown.
Through our conversation, Robyn courageously decided to cancel it. To release it, and to make space for something new and more aligned.
How often do you find yourself in a role, a job, offering something in your business while quietly knowing that something needs to change?
Maybe it’s a whisper, an intuitive nudge, or a loud voice that keeps you up at night.
Maybe it shows up in your body as headaches, hip tension, anxiety, or burnout.
Maybe it appears as a lack of motivation, like you are working harder for less joy, and deeply longing for fulfillment.
Especially because on a Soul level, you know that you are meant to do something different. That it’s time for more alignment, more meaning, and more purpose in your life and work.
And still, you stay.
Because it feels too scary.
Because others rely on you.
Because the money is good.
Because the timing doesn’t appear right.
Because your identity is wrapped up here.
With so much compassion—I get all that. I’ve been there, too.
But here’s what I also know to be true …
Making the transition your Soul is calling for is often the most loving thing you can do for yourself.
And while it may not seem like it at first, it’s also an act of love for those around you.
Whether it’s a career change, a business pivot, or the end of a personal chapter …
It’s natural to outgrow a role, an offering, an identity. No matter how long you have been in it, how successful it was, or how much you once loved it.
And, it’s normal to resist and struggle to make the change.
Good news! You don’t have to navigate it alone. This is the deep, personal work I do with women leaders in what I call: The Outgrown Identity Club.
I help you make an empowered and strategic transition into your next chapter of purpose-driven work so that you feel aligned with your values, joyful in your day-to-day, and lit up by the deeper meaning behind what you do … all while redefining success on your own terms.
Sometimes it means ending a program, sometimes it means leaving your role, and sometimes … it means daring to ask yourself: What is mine to do in the world right now?
In this conversation, you’ll receive …
- Support to clarify your vision for what you want next—and discern whether it’s time to focus on strategy, inner work, or both.

It is my intention that this call is rich in value for you. Whether or not we decide to work together, know that you’ll leave this special conversation with inspiration and next steps.
