Internal Parts

February 5, 2025

I’m JodiGolda

If you’d like, you can see them here.

It’s not quite the brag scene—but, it did make me reflect and appreciate both the outer and inner journey I am on.

While it’s been exciting to knock down walls, pick paint colors, and design an abundance of kitchen counter space …

The truth is, this process has been working my internal parts, too!

My perfectionist part has been having a field day. 🥴

My impatient part has been throwing a temper tantrum. 😤

My indecisive part has been on overwhelm. 🫣

If you have ever done a house remodel, you know. Then again, if you have ever created something from nothing—something like birthing a child, building an art installation, or starting your life over—you know.

These journeys of creation require lots of outer—and inner work, too!

These things take time, energy, investment, and commitment.

They also take Self compassion and Self love.

My good news is—that even though the journey has been hard and long—I am doing the work.

💪🏻 I am staying committed to the vision that I have for my future nest.
💪🏻 I am showing up every damn day and taking aligned action.
💪🏻 And best of all, I am in a self-aware, loving, and compassionate relationship with my noisy internal parts—that sometimes try to run the show.

I am doing both the outer and inner work!

My house remodel project is reminding me of what it is like for small business owners—or anyone for that matter—starting up or launching something new.

Just like my house project—when you build a business—you need to do the outer work like marketing, selling, content creating, etc …

And just like my house project—when you build a business—you need to do the inner work like tending to your internal parts.

Because let’s be honest, when you build a business …

🤸🏼‍♂️ Your perfectionist part may come online when you go to write your website.
🤸🏼‍♂️ Your fear of failure part may make an appearance when you start to get more visible with your marketing.
🤸🏼‍♂️ Your scarcity part may show up when you look to make a business investment.
🤸🏼‍♂️ Your imposter syndrome part may also join the party when you begin to offer your programs and services.

Can you relate?

It’s normal.

It’s what happens when you choose to create something big and next level.

It’s natural human behavior.

It’s why I offer my Leading with Love private coaching program. So that you can successfully stay on course with your outer goals, and be in a loving relationship with your internal parts, too

Because if and when your internal parts come online, they may try to trick you, slow you, or worst of all—stop you.

As a master business coach, I support you to do the deep inner work so that you can have your outer results. I help you to ..

✨ Build a foundation so that you have a clear strategic vision for your ideal business plan and so that you stay focussed—while uncovering and befriending any fears and blocks that may be in your way.

✨ Market and sell authentically where you get empowered to use your unique voice and show up consistently even on days that you question yourself.

✨ Generate more income by owning the value of your offerings that is in total alignment for you.

We all have internal parts. And, if we want to be successful in achieving our goals—whether it be remodeling a house or building a business—we ought to be in right relationship with them; where we listen, learn, and love them
